Please click on the shipping tab and follow the shipping instructions to get your phone to us

3. How do I know when you have completed my repair?

We will send an email with your tracking information the second your item has been completed and shipped.

4. Does the shipping charge cover shipping both ways?

No, the shipping charge is solely for return shipping to you. You are responsible for getting your phone to us.

5. How can I assure my phone will be safe?

All phones sent to iPhone 3G Screen Repair are protected against fraud by Google checkout fraud protection. You are responsible for insuring your iPhone against shipping damage/loss when you mail the phone to us.

6. Do I need to include my SIM card when shipping my phone?

No this is not necessary for us to repair your iPhone 3G. Simply remove the SIM card and send us your phone.
